I just got this message when checking my IRS status delay.
"We apologize, but your return processing has been delayed beyond the normal timeframe. You can continue to check back here for the most up to date information regarding your refund. We understand your refund is very important and we are working to process your return as quickly as possible"

I filed on Feb 1, and got accepted on 2/1 as well.

The IRS can not say how long that other 1 of the 10 will take. All you can do now is, wait. Wait for the pay off of your interest free loan to the government.
