Is anybody else having issues with the advance refund?

I received an advance. After making one transaction Credit Karma locked my account. You can not get in touch with anybody to resolve the issue. Many people are having issues with this. I don't see how they can continue to offer this service.

I have. They message you maybe once a day. Asking minimal information. This is an ongoing problem for may people. And from what I have read it has been happening since last year. People complained of the same issue. Which with most ended up with Credit Karma closing the account and people having to wait 15 days for checks to be mailed to them. My question is am I even going to get my tax refund. To me this sounds like a class action lawsuit.

Credit Karma is within the Intuit family but TurboTax does not have access to Credit Karma information.  You will need to reach out to them directly to them on their Contact Us page.  This will allow you to file a case for this matter as well.
