It is nothing wrong.... This happened to me last week. When i went back on the website 2 days later everything was back to normal. I was worried when that same thing happened now im a happy camper lol.

Just wait for a day or two.

@Bradleftwich  This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few hours to 3 weeks to update. Until the IRS starts processing it on their own, you may not find record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated accordingly. Continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund?  tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight. You may also download the IRS2Go app to check your Federal refund status.

Note: The IRS expects to issue most refunds in less than 21 business days after being accepted. Taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC) will experience a refund hold and a delay in processing.

I ask because it's been 14 days since we filed and I still cant get IRS2go to pull up my info. It just says incorrect info but its correct on what I enter.

It's possible the returns disappeared from WMR while they are being processed.

Try calling the WMR automated hotline instead: 1-800-829-1954 or visit the IRS website.

Here's an article that can also help this issue.

Please see below.

Why is there no record of my return at Where's My Refund ...
