IRS letter that doesn't make sense

Good afternoon everyone, I got a letter from the (dreaded) IRS with some info that doesn't make sense. It is saying I need to prove I qualify for,
EIC
My dependents
Filing status has "Head of Household"
American Opportunity Credit (AOC)

So here is what is weird, I pulled up my return just to make sure. I filed "Married Jointly", not "Head of Household". NOR did I claim the "AOC". Last year I put the wrong W2 in so I had to recertify everything (dependents, EIC, kids live with me), so initially I was denied the EIC. I eventually got it after I proved everything but still had to file an 8862 this year.

What has got me concerned is the whole part about proving I filed and claimed something I DID not file as or claim. I also JUST proved my kids LIVE with me and are MINE. So could this be a sign of identity fraud? Or someone trying to claim my kids? Anyone have an issue like this?

Thank you all for your input!!!

Already been on hold for an hour and a half 😑😑. I just figured I'd post to see if anyone else has had this issue.
