IRS account help

Hi. I am getting a refund this year. I filed on 02/09/25.PATH ACT.  Transcripts for 2024 only show credits so far but I looked at my account  and I see for tax year 2024-You owe instead of $0.00 like all previous years it's says: Info with

"Your Information Is Not Available at This Time

If you requested an adjustment to your account your information will not be available until that transaction is complete."

I dont understand why I see this. Is this normal while path act is processing? Thanks for any info on this.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Due to PATH Act, the IRS holds refunds for EITC/ACTC customers until March 3.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?

Why do some refunds take longer than others?

What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?
