Turbotax told me that I needed to submit a Form 8453 via physical mail after filing my taxes electronically. I was told to mail the form to the following address:
Internal Revenue Service
Attn: Shipping and Receiving, 0254
Receipt and Control Branch
Austin TX 73344-0254
I did this. However, the letter was returned to me by the postal service with the message:
"Return to Sender
Attempted - Not Known
Unable to Forward"
Is this the wrong address? What should I do here?
