Incorrectly Charged

Hi there!

 

I just filed my tax return and was incorrectly charged for Turbo Tax Deluxe. I didn't and do not need an upgraded TurboTax, as I was able to file my return with the most basic version of TurboTax!

 

Please let me know when I can expect to receive my refund of $119.77 for TurboTax Deluxe.

If you already filed your return you won't be able to request a refund. 

Per our End User License Agreement for TurboTax Online:

You may use the TurboTax Online software without charge up to the point you decide to print or electronically file your tax return. Printing or electronically filing your return reflects your satisfaction with software, at which time you will be required to pay or register for the Services.

I also was over charged and will never use your services again now knowing you can not get a refund!! You can notify me that I do not need to use the itemized services but it wouldn't let me take off the $120 fee. I will let everyone know how awful my first time has been and as a business owner I know how word of mouth gets around
