IDNotify Charge

I was charged $45 today for IDNotify and I wasn’t given the option to not accept it so I forced to pay for it and go through with it. I am wondering if anyone knows if this is a reoccurring monthly or annual charge that I will be billed for going forward? I couldn’t find out how to cancel it or request a refund on either the TurboTax or IDNotify website. Any info helps!

How do I cancel my IDnotify services?

IDnotify, a part of Experian, partners with us to offer full-service Full Identity Restoration and Identity Theft Monitoring services as part of the MAX and Premium Services bundles.

If you would like to discontinue the benefits provided by IDnotify but would like to retain the other features of the MAX bundle (Audit Defense and Priority Care), you can call IDnotify directly at 1-888-486-9032.

Is there a monthly fee for IDnotify coverage in MAX Benefits?

No. There’s no monthly fee for IDnotify offered in MAX Benefits (or Premium Services Benefits).

Is there an annual fee? Or does it automatically stop after 1 year of usage?
