I need to correct my EIN

If you need to correct the EIN on your Form W2, please follow these steps in TurboTax Online: 

 

  1. Sign in to TurboTax and choose continue or Pick up where you left off
  2. On the left side bar, choose Federal and then Wages & Income
  3. Select Add/Edit next to Job (W2)
  4. Select Edit/Review next to the W2 that needs corrected
  5. Make your corrections and walk through the follow-up screens
