I need to cancel order

I'm not submitting my taxes and need to a refund on my order TTWC25W332878874. Due to an issue with my employer I have to make changes to my taxes and will not be filing taxes for several months. How do I request a refund?

Online TurboTax is not refundable and there is no way to return or cancel the program once you pay for it. You can use your program when you are able to do your taxes.

I inadvertently ordered it twice within minutes on amazon. I don't need two of the same thing. How do I cancel one of them
