It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for the Visa card to come. If it has been more than 10 business days and you believe you should have received your card by now, please visit TurboPrepaidCard.com or call us toll-free at 1-888- 285-4169. 

If you chose the NetSpend card it typically takes about 7-10 business days for your NetSpend card to arrive. You can contact the NetSpend card customer service at 1-855-646-8848.

No I havent recieved my turbo tax debit card still mail has came already and no card

I ordered a card, waited about 2 weeks and ordered a replacement and still haven't received it after waiting another 2 almost 3 weeks. What should I do next? I checked the address on file and it is accurate

@Bigvrt You will need to speak with a Turbo Visa Debit Card customer support representative.  Go here for steps to reach a live representative when you call.

I have not recieved my card and I have not been able to access my refund. I guess it was sent march 4th 2020

I have not received my turbo tax card.

If it is past 10 business days and you have not received your card, please click here for the customer care phone number. When you call the number follow the steps below :

  1. Listen to the recording 
  2. Press 2 to continue using the automated system.
  3. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these)
  4. The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1
  5. Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card".
  6. Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birth date.
