I have entered my 1099-INT and I keep an error about zipcode invalid. How do I fix?

I keep getting an error that says Payer Zip Code is invalid for electronic filing. I have entered it correctly.

Google the address for the financial institution that issued you the 1099-INT and make sure it is correct in the TT system.  If it is then delete the form and re-enter it manually instead of importing it.

Also be sure the two letter state abbreviation is correct. For example, Arizona should be AZ (not AR).
