This is a user community forum. It's not clear what you are needing to know. The above is too vague. Do you have a specific question you want to ask? Have you filed a 2019 return and are you asking how to check on the status of a Federal refund that you haven't received?
I forgot my refund amount for federal also where is my stimulus

Your Federal refund amount is shown on your Form 1040, Line 21a.
Sorry, but I can't help with your stimulus payment, other than to mention that the IRS website has a tool to check on the status of a stimulus payment.

If I had a copy of my return I can’t pull it up I just want to view it or get the status of my return was it accepted by the irs

I'll tell you the following below:
1) how to see if your return was efiled successfully and accepted for processing, assuming you efiled the return (if you filed by mail, report back.)
2) how to check the Federal refund status at the IRS website, and
3) how to get a copy of your filed return.
If you efiled, you should double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted for processing by the IRS. If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home. What does it show there--does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
The Tax Home should also show you the Federal refund amount, but be sure you are using only the Federal figure and not using the figure that shows the Total refund amount of Federal and state added together.
If the Tax Home showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to check on the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, be sure to use the correct SSN and filing status. For the refund amount use only the Federal amount and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
Here's how to get a copy. At the Tax Home you should have a "Download/print" button. If that button doesn't produce a copy of your return, you can try the "Download/print the PDF" link in the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents". If that also doesn't produce a full copy, here's an alternate way to print by opening the filed return back up to print at the Print Center, where you can get larger PDFs including worksheets.
NOTE: When you open your return back up, do not make any changes in it if it's already been filed. If you later have to amend the return, it has to start off exactly as it was when it was originally filed.
NOTE: Remember all PDF tax documents and tax data files are very sensitive files, since they contain your personal ID info, financial data, and possibly bank account numbers, etc. Be sure to store them safely and securely to guard against computer theft, hacking, etc.
Unfortunately, there is no one at TurboTax that can provide you with that number.
The only way for you to determine the exact refund amount (for the IRS Where is My Refund tracker) is to look at your tax return (line 35a of Form 1040).
See How do I print my federal tax forms? to get a copy of your 2020 Form 1040.
