First, to check if your return was filed, check your e-file status. If no status is showing then the return was not completed and submitted.
If you don't see a status, go through the TurboTax File section again. Be sure to go all the way to the end and select Transmit my returns now.
If your return does show a status, then once "Accepted" within 24 hours you can start tracking your refund on the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site. The IRS issues most refunds in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review.
Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit funds into your account.
Now if you claimed "Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Additional Child Tax Credit (ACTC)" you may experience a refund hold. The IRS usually begins issuing tax refunds on returns with the EIC or Additional Child Tax Credit in late February.
Some 2019 federal refunds are delayed due to the PATH Act

Whatever you are trying to ask is not clear. However, if your return is subject to the EITC or ACTC, you will not receive any of your money until after the PATH law lifts. You can read up on that by clicking here.
