My wife got a SSA 1099 but I did not. She says its because I do not have Medicare. Is that correct?

You get a SSA-1099 if you get regular Social Security benefit or Social Security Disability Benefits. Medicare has nothing to do with it. If you got SS benefits and didn't get an SSA-1099, contact your local SS office to find out why.
