My mother has dementia and does not remember if she filed her 2021 tax return. It is possible she filed, but we do not know. I have a power of attorney, as such can act for her.
How do I determine if she filed her 2021 tax return.
If I do need to file her taxes, I have Turbo Tax deluxe 2021 installed on my home computer. Can I use that to file her 2021 taxes? As her power of attorney, can I sign the the form?
