How to use my debit card?

IF you mean the prepaid TurboTax Visa- it is used the same way any other debit card is used for purchases, whether online or in person.

So I activated my card . But my balance is on zero. Why I still don’t have my refund?

Turbo Tax will not have a status on your refund. If the IRS website says processing, this means they are working on it.
