I’ve tried everything. This terrible company won’t connect me to a person to speak to about it. It will not let me file my taxes due to not having a 1095-A form despite me not using the Healthcare Marketplace. I’ve gone through my whole W2 over and over and over and over to fix it and nothing is working. I made it all to the end before it was a problem so since TurboTax already “charged” me for this years taxes I can’t restart it from the beginning or go elsewhere!
If you are getting a message regarding your marketplace insurance coverage and you don't have marketplace health insurance coverage, first make sure you answered "No" to the question "Do you need to report any 1095-A's?"

You should also delete Form 1095-A if it is included in your tax return. You can do this as follows:
If you are using TurboTax Online:
If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can:
Form 8962 is for the Premium Tax Credit. You should also delete this Form if it is in your tax return. You can do this using the steps listed above. Just substitute Form 8962 in place of Form 1095-A.
