How to fix date format bug? It asks for mm/dd/yyyy but each time automatically changes back to mm/dd/yy and then says it is an error.

I am getting the same error on the state/local tax section.  Says to enter MM/DD/YYYY.  I have cleared the cache and cookies.  Restarted the computer.  I also logged in on my phone and tried and got the same error.  It will not let me efile the return until the date format is correct.  Which it is!!!  Any other ideas?
