As soon as you get your card, you can activate it online or over phone. If you are activating online, navigate to TurboPrepaidCard.com. On the home screen, click the blue button entitled Activate Card in right top corner, and then enter your card info to activate it.

Okay I have my TurboTax card. It arrived yesterday and I can’t activate it at all. I swear if I don’t get this problem resolved I’ll never do business with TurboTax again! Worst mistake I’ve ever made.

You can go to the TurboDebitCard.com website and activate your card there. Your Turbo Visa Debit Card should arrive within 5-10 business days from the date your signed up for it. (Remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days).

THIS WORKED!! I have been having the worst time ever trying to activate my card. Website kept saying ‘card is being shipped’ even though I had the card for over 2 weeks. Thank you so much!!
