How does my spouse access our jount foled return?

Can’t you give them your account username and password?

TurboTax accounts cannot be combined or merged, if that is what you were hoping to do.  The joint return prepared using online TT will only be stored in the account that was used to prepare it.   Your spouse's name is on that return, so give your spouse the account and user ID so they can see/access the return, and/or print out a copy for them.
