You will need to contact customer service (888) 285-4169 . This is the number for the TurboTax Visa. If you have another card you are inquiring about turn the card over and use the phone number on the back of the card.
I called the suggested number, which ask for the card number which the system does not recognize because it's blocked. How do I unblock it. I get nowhere with either number I call. I need my money or should I report turbo to the IRS and BBB?

Did you ever get through? Every time I call customer service I end up waiting over 2 hours on the phone. Should I just order a new card? I'm having the same issue that you're having.
Don’t order a new one because that will hold up the process. I did speak to someone who gave me this email [email address removed] and subject line I added the case number and then I explained that the cashier charged my incorrectly and showed proof of my receipts and ID. They did tell me it will take 10 days to review and I should receive an email to let me know what they “decided”. I suggest you call late at night or middle of the night to get through to them.
The only way to remove the block is to speak with a Turbo Visa Debit Card customer service representative. Go here for steps to reach a live representative when you call. There is probably a long wait time due to high call volume.
No one answers that 888 number. And there is nothing on that at that helps you unblock your card. I will never use this card again. I ended up calling them and just using the automated system to have a new card sent
Don't waste your time calling that number no one answers. It's automate it and even if you don't press to it eventually is going to disconnect the call

Your Turbo Prepaid card should arrive in the mail within 5-10 business days whenever you order one. If it has been longer than 5-10 business days, the best way is to contact Support at (866) 795-7597. You can also report your card lost or stolen through this link.
I can't access my account through the app BC it says my account is,blocked and pending further review....I can't use my card either and I can't get anyone to answer the number on the back of the card.
