How do I get my money back?

I was unable to download the 2021 software on my computer. I want a refund.

It is not a Microsoft approved app on my brand new computer. Advanced settings do not allow me to download the software. Refund has already been done through IRS.gov. I want my money back. TurboTax customer service does not exist.
