You are screwed if you don't keep your receipt. The software is flawed!! It carries over what you pay as Federal Income Tax and brings it over to the state program as an Earned Income Credit. When your return is rejected and you manually override and enter 0, which is the corrected amount, you are not allowed to resend you state return. In other words, I paid for a program that is inaccurate, and I paid to have my state return sent electronically and can not send it. Ripped off 2 times.
You are screwed no matter what. I bought the cd, it never worked, I have tried repeatedly to print out the form to get my money back, but the form required to get a refund for the broken cd that I bought WON"T ACTUALLY PRINT OUT! Which means that I have a receipt and no form to submit it with to get my money back. Way to go TurboTax! Way to make sure we can't get our money back for faulty cd's.

I have submitted the refund request form 2 days ago and still not hearing any thing from turbotax
Unfortunately in most cases you cant get your money back from this fraud company!
For those who are having similar problems with this company: I filed a complaint against Intuit with Better Business Bureau (BBB) and received their response from the Intiuit's office of the president, which was unsatisfactory. Their contact information is below,

@Holy1Moly2 This thread is several years old, so no one knows what "same problem" you have. If you have some sort of a billing issue you can contact customer support.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

My tax return stated that I would get $3907 Turbotax was supposed charge me a 147. My total refund should have been 3760.
You don't specify how much less your refund was than what you calculated. If you could clarify, we'll try to help.
