How did I receive my state refund first

The state got through your return faster then the IRS did. You can track your return by following the links below.

You can easily track your refund here:
  1. You can through TurboTax Track Your Refund: https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
  2. or https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/wheres-my-refund/
  3. https://www.irs.gov/refunds
at the IRS website or by phone.
Toll-free Number If you do not have internet access, you can check the status of your refund in English or Spanish by calling the IRS Refund Hotline at 800-829-1954 or the IRS TeleTax System at 800-829-4477.

If it is your state that you are having issues with, you can contact the state by using the link below, just select the state that you need.

If you chose to pay any TurboTax fees with your refund then it might take a little bit longer for your refund to get back to you. It has to go from the IRS to the Santa Barbra Bank that TurboTax uses to have the fees extracted, before the money can return to you.
