TurboTax Online automatically saves your work as you progress through the tax
interview. When you sign out your progress will be saved and you can sign back
in and file your return at a later time. To sign out go to My
Account at the top and then scroll
down and click Save &Sign Out.
Once you have e-filed your tax return. You can check your e-file status by visiting the following TurboTax link https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908859-how-do-i-check-my-e-file-status.
Once your tax return has been accepted, you can begin tracking your federal tax refund on the IRS.gov website https://www.irs.gov/refunds
