How can I print out the Schedule 1 first page. Program only prints second page, even when I select that form. I have to mail it in for an amended tax

I guess it doesn't print if it is empty?  You can print out a blank one and put your name on the top.  https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040s1.pdf 

Thanks.  I guess that is why it wasn't printing out in the forms.
