Hidden fee for refund advance

It was absolutely free for me to file.  I got a refund advance and that too was supposed to be absolutly free.  I log into SBTPG the company TT used to collect fees from when you file and I am being charged a $40 bank fee.

So, I've been a Turbotax customer for the past 10 years, give or take a year. I've been really happy with the product, but this year, I was surprised and not a little disappointed about two things: 1, that I received the notification of SBTPG processing my refund AFTER it had already been deposited. I was left for a half-day wondering who this company was that dumped money in my account. 2, That I was overcharged. Did you refund it and apologize? Yes, but in a time of rising inflationary costs amidst a global pandemic, getting overcharged is kind of a big deal. From a customer service standpoint, I think you should strongly consider a credit toward the cost- maybe $50 - of next year's tax preparation and filing through Turbotax. I know on behalf of myself and other Turbotax customers, it would be appreciated.

I did, I created a help ticket on the 16th and haven't heard -anything- from SBTPG.  Why are you advertise the refund advance as free when we have to pay a fee to the bank you use to get the advance.  That's not free and it's a scheme to run up some money for greendot.
