Hello,
I filed through Turbo Tax the first week of Match this year and both Federal and State were ‘Accepted’. I received my State but federal. I’ve tried calling multiple IRS numbers but cannot get a real person on the phone.
When I enter my information into the IRS2go app to track the status it says ‘Information does not match’ even though it is correct.
i have no idea where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated...

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
Your federal refund amount is on line 20 of your Form 1040

I’m having the same issue however I am entering the correct amount and it’s saying the refund is still processing even though TurboTax indicates it was accepted. I received my state on time back in March but nothing on my federal. I can’t reach a real person over the phone. Is it just delayed because of covid? That’s okay, I just would like to know what’s going on...

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
If over 21 days since being Accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still Processing you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
I am in the same boat. I've been waiting and waiting on my refund since April. I did receive my state refund. After a friend told me she filed 2 weeks ago and already got her federal refund, I decided to dig a little deeper. I created an IRS account and requested a transcript and it says that I have not filed for 2019. So I am not sure what to do really. I cant get through to an actual person at turbotax or the IRS. tried to refile through turbotax but it will not let me. Meanwhile, turbotax already took their payment from my checking account and here i wait.
