Haven't received my return

Hi, according to the IRS page, they sent the deposit directly to my checking account on Feburary 27th, but the money did not came in. What should I do?(checked the routing and account number on my form used in turbotax site, and it was all correct)

Were you having the fees deducted from your refund?  Do you have Any deposits you don't recognize?  

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund

Check with your bank to see if a direct deposit was rejected.    Many banks will refuse a DD if the name on the deposit does not match the name on the account.   The IRS will then mail a check to the address on the tax return.

 

Also if you choose to have any TurboTax fees deducted form the refund, the refund goes first to the Santa Barbara bank first.

I was out of country and my roommate just checked that direct deposit was rejected and the check was received. However the check is voided since 90days have passed. What should I do?
