Filing electronically with NR4s

I am a US citizen living in the US. I receive  one or more NR4s for Canadian bank related income. Can I file electronically? If so, are there any catches?

@rstrst , as far as I understand  the Canadian  NR-4 is like a 1099 for the USA except that it covers a whole bunch other kinds of payments made to  taxpayer.   For US purposes, you will need to report this income based on the code shown on the documents -- please share the code herein because without that it is hard to say how to enter except in general -- it may or may not be taxable income.

Will circle back when I hear from you.

Thanks for the reply. I understand the NR4 process and how to use/enter them when filing a paper tax return via snail mail. My question is: Given that I receive NR4s, can I file my return electronically? Thanks again for any help that you can give.

Thanks. Think I may give electronic filing a try this year. Last year I did the hard copy and snail mail and it forever to get my refund back. Electronic filing can't be any worse. Again, thanks.
