Federal taxes efiled & accepted by IRS but TT program does not acknowledge

I am using the TurboTax Deluxe 2021 program for the PC. I wanted to efile my federal and state taxes separately. I efiled my federal taxes and then received an email saying that the efile was accepted by the IRS. I then paid for the efile of the state return ($25) But, when I click on the "Check efile Status" tab in the program it says that I have not efiled any return. When I attempt to efile my state return, it will not allow me saying that I must first efile my federal return. 

 

Please help.

Please reach out to TurboTax Customer Support as your issue would be best resolved with one-on-one support. Support will be able to confirm the status of your electronically filed return and assist you accordingly.

Contacted customer support. They were not able to solve the problem. So, TT must refund my 25 dollars and I am forced to file my state taxes via mail. Unfortunate.

Both state and fed on 2 different returns are still showing pending in the program deluxe download. Emails say accepted & refunds received. Still pending. The third return still pending in the program has been rejected by fed and state for incorrect agi or pin. How do I fix this? 

(Didn't use Turbotax last year for third return)
