F1 VISA STUDENT DURING 2020 AND 2021

Hi, I was a F1 Visa during 2020 and 2021. I passed  Substantial Presence Test in 2022 Can I claim stimulus check by amended return right now?

No.  If you did not qualify at the time the stimulus's were being given out, you cannot claim the stimulus later on.  You would have had to qualify at the time in order to claim them.
