Error IND 525

I went to SSA to verify, everything ok with the name and day of birth, But I can not submit efiling still give me the error, Please help with the turbo tax software is not working right.

first time e-filing my joint return and I received the error code IND-0525.

the message asked if my birth date was correct?

of course I know my birth date so I checked my paper tax return from last year and my birth date was the same.

I've resubmitted 4x so far and all rejected.

If the date of birth is correct on your filing, then most likely, the IRS has the wrong date of birth on file. In this scenario, you won't be able to e-file because the date you're entering doesn't match their records. For more information please click the link below.

 

E-file rejection code IND-525: Date of birth misma ...

Last year I Efiled rejected and give error IND 525 and we went to the SS office and my information was corrected. I have no choice but mail the taxes return and This year also the same thing. I can not file E-file still the error IND-525. I have no idea what is wrong with the software. The SS office correct with my information but still keep rejected my tax return.

Due to Covid 19 closures, the IRS is experiencing a backlog in processing 2019 paper-filed returns. If your 2019 return has not yet been processed, that may be why your information has not been updated with the IRS.
