Efiling Amended Tax Returns for 2019

When will TurboTax be updated to be able to efile an amended tax return? Did the IRS provide a date as to when they will be ready?

no one can say because the IRS must first implement the procedure. then they have to decide whom they'll allow to use it.  Then if TT filers are allowed TT has to decide whether it will implement this method

Did this ever get resolved? I'm not getting the option to e-file my amended 2019 return yet.
