efile rejection and correction

initial return was rejected as the AGI was incorrect. Correct AGI was input and taxes transmitted again. I received acceptance emails for both Federal and Minnesota yesterday but today (20 hours after the emails) when updating efile status it says rejected.

Which is correct?

Did you receive an email when it first got rejected? It looks like the 2nd email was delayed and you probably received it afterwards. If both federal and state show as accepted, you can disregard the other email. You can also check on the IRS and State Department of Revenue websites, as it might show that they have already received it.
