I e-filed several 1099-NECs on 1/31/22 for TY 2021. The confirmation email states that the forms were electronically submitted to the IRS on 2/2/22. Am I going to be penalized for late filing my forms to the IRS?
How do I prove that I e-filed on 1/31/22 - I can't find a time stamp - the screen only shows Filed under status.
