Double charged by Turbotax

I finished my taxes, paid Turbotax for my state filing. Then my return was rejected so I did my taxes over again and filed, but was charged by Turbotax a second time. How do I get a refund for one of those charges?

You will need to contact TurboTax support for this issue.  Use the key words Billing Issue when contacting support.
