Long time User of Turbo Tax. You need to bring back a the donation tool for grouping large lines of items for donations. The newest release of software is the worst version ever and you cannot easily or in a productive manner enter all of the items donated to Goodwill or other charities. This release and update seem to push users to purposefully not itemize and lose favorable deductions for being a good human. Bring back ItsDeductable and make the ability to enter donations easier.

Once you file your return, as long as the settings to receive communication from Intuit don’t block it, you will see a pop-up message or receive an email with a survey asking you about your experience. We encourage you to leave your notes and comments there. “Voice of the Customer” notes and comments are read and acted upon.
