does a return transcript mean VICTORY?!!

is it true if your able to order your return transcript but the irs website still says processing that means you've been approved?

i will call tomorrow in the morning 7 am when they open to if that means anything and whats the hold up. I will post an update to let you know what they said. Good luck hope you get yours soon!
