Since the IRS only opened this season on January 26, it may take longer for the IRS to deal with accepting/rejecting the large backlog of returns filed prior to 1/26. As long as it's "pending", you at least know it was submitted. You'll just have to keep checking each day at your account's Tax Home, or you may get an email when it changes to accepted/rejected.
