Didn't get State refund

Hi my name is [removed] and I did not receive my state income taxes I called the IRS and they said that they could not give me any information on my taxes I do need to know why I got my federal but not my state

IRS is for federal only. You would need to contact your state department of revenue for assistance and information regarding your state return.
