Can you please clarify what page is telling you that you won't get your refund?

It's possible that the IRS received information from a third party, such as a financial institution or an employer, that does not match the information reported on your return. In that case you would need to contact the employer or financial institution. Once you receive the details concerning the changes made, you'll be able to proceed from there.
