DID NOT RECEIVE FULL REFUND

Hello I filed my taxes on 01/25/2022 and I recently just got back my federal tax return not in full on March 02, 2022 I am currently missing $1,400 and I have no offsets I already contacted the IRS to see if anything else is wrong and nothing shows up. They say I have to contact you guys since y’all have not given me the full amount. What steps do I take next to fix this issue. I need my full refund this is money missing from y’all’s end not the IRS.

I already discussed all the links with someone from the IRS in their office and they said none of these are the issue that I have to contact you for my refund because you guys either charged me without my permission for something with y’all’s services when I clearly put file for free or you messed something up. How can I speak to someone on the phone about my missing money.

Who can I email to help me like a manger or supervisor or someone who knows where the missing $1,400 is because that is a lot of money to be missing I no longer want links to solutions that I have already clicked, seen and read through multiple times I need to talk to an actual representative not a voicemail or operator

Do you guys only have links and no numbers or emails to talk to someone personally because I spent a very long time trying to contact and set up an appointment with the IRS just to see what’s going on all for them to tell me I owe nothing and did everything correctly that instead you guys are not giving me the full amount for whatever reason you are not telling me because everything I’ve read from all the quick links you guys send do not match anything that is going on with me I need a real response not an article this is unacceptable.

Try checking your online account with the IRS

https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

Does the IRS show that you received a $1400 stimulus or EIP check?   Did you receive it?   When you were asked on your tax return did you say no?   Was there $1400 on line 30 of your tax return?

If the IRS says you got $1400 last year but you did not receive it you can have it traced.

LOST THIRD STIMULUS CHECK

Yes I got a letter in the mail from the IRS saying that I did receive $1,400 from the stimulus check which I did receive last year! And when I filed my taxes I said that I did receive it! And yes there is a $1,400 on line 30 of my tax return. The missing money has nothing to do with the stimulus this literally has to do with money you guys have not deposited into my account that I have missing from my refund. I’ve already spoke to the IRS about it, you guys have not given me the full amount for some odd reason.

I have not lost a stimulus check, just to clarify, I received the letter in the mail saying I have received the $1,400 and online it shows on the IRS website I did receive it. When I was asked on the tax return if I received it I said yes. And finally there is a $1,400 on line 30 of my tax return.

If you have $1400 on line 30 that means you were trying to get the $1400 again.   (Even if you put it there by accident).   You do not get it twice.   That is why the IRS reduced your refund by $1400.

Oh my gosh are you kidding me. How can I take it off or how can I fix it

Sorry there is nothing to fix.  The IRS took it off your refund because you already got it.  Line 30 should have been 0.
