Did not receive 1099R

Have you contacted the bank or financial institution that handles your retirement account to ask where the 1099R went?  Have you tried looking on their website for it?   Have you tried to import it?

If you did not receive a 1099-R, you should contact the plan administrator and request one.  If they do not provide it, you can prepare a substitute 1099-R in TurboTax.  Add the form an
