TurboTax will not/can not redact any information on the PDF of the tax return. You would have to remove any information on the return yourself.
To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
There isn't a way to do that in turbotax. If you have access to a full-featured PDF program, you could save your return to PDF and make any redactions manually. Or, you could print a copy, make redactions with a black marker, and send a scan or photo to the manager. Or, even print a copy and cut off the top of each page with your name and SSN on it (as long as your print out is single-sided so you don't cut off anything important on the back.
