The IRS tells you to allow 1-5 days for the refund to post to your account.  Have you done that?

Well It did say if it's not posted on the 20th call them, so I guess I'll have to wait till the 21st if it hasn't hit by then because Monday is a holiday

Did you have your fees deducted from your refund? If so, there's a third party bank involved
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group. check with them.

I have still yet to receive my refund this is so rediculious I been telling everyone not to use turbo tax online because this is an experience I wouldn't want any to experience. Now mind u I'm waiting on 2020 taxes. I filed on march of 2021 Ive had to go thru a long process of basically waiting I've had to verify my identity thenafter waiting for tht I was told I needed to send in my ledger card for school I attended and my 1098-T form I did tht which was the last thing to get done for this whole process which was supposed to be approved in 120 days which was like Oct  2022 and so I was waiting on IRS to release my money so they finally did now I have to play another waiting game with turbo tax going thru a third party bank now y haven't they released my money . Smh this is rediculious I'm tired I jus need my money. No more games. I quit!! When I get my money I promise I will never use Turbo Tax again and wouldn't even recommend anyone I love to mess  with them either period.

Did you elect to pay your fees with your refund? If yes, you will need to contact TPG for information regarding your refund. They are one who handles your refund if you elect to pay your fees with your refund.
