While E-filing this message came up -- "Hmmm...Something went wrong.
We can't confirm if the Intuit Electronic Filing Center received your returns. Please check that your Internet access is working and that all of your wires are connected.
Why not take a break? You can come back in about an hour and see if the status of your return has changed."
I have checked the status over the last 2 days and this error message comes up every time. How do I correct this proplem.
Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. I have tried most of the recommended solutions to resolve my TurboTax problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times with no new results.
I still get the same error message.
I thought it might be the CD so I tried to go into
TurboTax and download it using the license code I have.to
downloads;
there was noavailable, I'm currently at a loss of what to do other than purchase another CD or download.
Have you followed these instructions to run an update manually on the software? Sometimes reinstalling it will not install the needed updates.
