Changed amount

I finally got my taxes approved they changed my amount but I don’t see a date when will it be deposit. All it says I will get a letter explaining why and that has a date of June 19 but I’m confused is that when I will get my refund or just the letter. It’s being approved

Only the IRS has that information ... check the IRS WMR?  tool once a day for more information as they are available.

It just says.. you should receive a notice that explains the changes we made to your tax return. You should revive your notice and balance on your refund (says amount) by June 19

it don’t have a another date will that be the date I get the letter or my refund

Make sure that’s what it means that I should get a letter and refund by June 19..

not sure how much clearer they can be :

your notice

and

balance  is expected to arrive by June 19.

use of the word "and" means the June 19th date refers to BOTH the notice and the balance......

Your notice is expected by arrive by June 19th

your refund is expected to arrive by June 19th

@Elisa0829 "by" June 19 means it could be earlier....

Elisa0829

And this year Monday, June 20 is a Federal holiday, so no mail on June 20, either.   The new holiday is normally June 19, but since that's a Sunday, this year the holiday will be on June 20.   Banks will also likely be closed that day as on other Federal holidays.

Also, the following may or may not apply to you.   If you used the following service, it adds another link in the chain.   If you did NOT use the following service to pay your product fees, then it does not apply to you, and you can ignore it.

If you had any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of your Federal refund, the funds go first from the IRS to an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.   That intermediary bank then takes out the fees and sends the rest of the funds to your bank account (or card) in a second direct deposit.  The company that handles that is SBTPG (aka TPG or Tax Products Group.)     If you did use that service, once the IRS has actually sent the refund, you should be able to look it up in the SBTPG's website refund lookup tool.

To log into their tool, choose the "For taxpayers" portal at:
