The TurboTax software has not yet been updated to reflect the new dates for filing a tax return and the dates for paying any 2019 federal taxes owed. It may be a few weeks before the software is updated.
If you want to e-file your 2019 tax return now you will have to change your method of payment to pay by check instead of direct debit. Then you can e-file your tax return and on or before July 15, 2020 go to the IRS payment website to pay the federal taxes owed - https://www.irs.gov/payments
I have already e-filed my taxes and want to change the automatic payment date to July 15. How do I do this?

You will have to cancel the payment and then pay the federal taxes owed on the IRS payment website on or before July 15, 2020.
IRS website for information on canceling a direct debit payment -https://www.irs.gov/payments/pay-taxes-by-electronic-funds-withdrawal
Go to this IRS payment website and choose Direct Pay - https://www.irs.gov/payments
I have not filed yet, but I entered a date and during the error check it is telling me that the "Tax Payment Worksheet: Line 15-Date filed has an unaccepted value" but it will not allow me to update on the form shown and I can not find it in the guide me process. Can you provide me the location?

I do not think TurboTax is going to change the software to allow a direct debit tax payment after April 15. It says just change to check.
I have NOT filed yet and it will not accept a Choose Direct Date after April 15, 2020. I will change to pay by check and mail it in at my convenience or via IRS website.
